How Petit-o
works

Start by creating your pet profile with the details that help sitters deliver the best care possible. Add pet type, age, weight, and photos.

Choose the pet service that fits your situation, including pet sitting, walking, feeding, grooming, training, or transport. Petit-o helps structure the request based on the service, so dates, times, location, and optional pickup or drop-off details are easy to define.

You can either send a request directly to a specific sitter or create a public request that nearby sitters can respond to. Once sitters express interest, you review your options and choose the one that feels best for your pet and your schedule.

After you choose a sitter, Petit-o creates the booking and lets you complete payment securely through the app. Payment is handled through Stripe, giving you a protected and reliable checkout flow before the booking becomes fully active.

Once your booking is paid, in-app chat becomes available so you can stay in touch with your sitter, ask questions, and receive updates while the service is active. Communication stays organized inside Petit-o for a smoother experience.

When the scheduled service period reaches its end date, Petit-o automatically completes the booking. After that, you can leave a review, rate your experience, and help future pet parents choose trusted sitters with more confidence.
